Drop Forging OperativeCradley HeathMonday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM£14-£15 per hour depending on experienceTemp to Perm We are seeking an experienced Drop Forging Operative with stamping experience to join our clients team in Cradley Heath. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company. Key Responsibilities:Operating drop forging equipment and stamping machineryWorking with heated metals to forge and shape componentsQuality checking finished products for accuracy and defectsAdhering to health and safety procedures at all times Requirements:Previous experience in drop forging and stamping is essentialAbility to work in a physically demanding environmentStrong attention to detail and quality control skillsReliable and punctual with a strong work ethic What We Offer:Competitive starting hourly rate of £14-£15 per hourFour-day working week (long weekends!)Opportunity for a permanent contract after a successful temp periodSupportive and friendly team environment If you have the required experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity, apply now!
