You'll need to be a UK Citizen or hold ILR status to be considered, unfortunately Vix is unable to consider applicants with any other residency or visa status at this time.Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end project life cycles, ensuring successful delivery and implementation of fare collection and transportation projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and regularly evaluate project progress. Oversee the execution of project activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project milestones. Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and implementing strategies to mitigate potential roadblocks. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the transportation or related industry. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
