Job Opportunity: Store Manager - ZyberRole DescriptionZyber is looking for a dedicated Store Manager This is a full -time, onsite role. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, managing staff, driving sales, maintaining stock levels, and delivering excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the store(s)Lead, motivate, and manage store staffEnsure exceptional customer service and resolve any issues efficiently Monitor and maintain stock levels, including inventory checks across branchesEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresDrive sales performance and meet business targetsMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Handle transactions and oversee Point of Sale (POS) operations Report directly to senior management on store performance and operational needsQualificationsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven experience in retail/store managementKnowledge of Ironmongery, Locks & Latches, Tools, Painting & Decorating, Electrical, Plumbing, or related areas is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilitiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systemsPhysical stamina to stand and walk for extended periodsIf you are interested, please send your CV to bart@zyberltd.co.uk.We look forward to hearing from you!
