Temporary, Part-Time Education and Training Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced tutors to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a high level of experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and be willing to work around 10-15 hours per week on a part-time basis. The role requires patience and a focus on delivering tuition in maths, English, and science subjects.Job Duties: Provide tailored educational support to students with SEN in maths, English, and science subjectsDevelop and implement individualised learning plansAssess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordinglyCommunicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders Required Qualifications: A relevant qualification in education or a related fieldDemonstrated experience working with students with SENExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills: A degree in Education, Special Education, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of tutoring or teaching experienceStrong knowledge of the UK education systemAbility to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational NeedsExperience in using assistive technology in teachingExperience working with students with specific learning difficulties Working Conditions: Part-time hours, around 10-15 hours per weekTemporary position with the possibility of extensionFlexible schedule based on student availability All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
