Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)Job Type: Full-time, Monday to FridayHours: 8:30am - 4:30pmSalary: £85 - £115 per day (dependent on experience)Start Date: ASAPJob Description:Post-16 Education Provider is seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their team. As an LSA, you will provide support to students with a range of needs, including:- Behavioural difficulties- Down Syndrome- SEMH- Suicidal ideologies- ASD- ADHDResponsibilities:- Provide individualized support to students with complex needs- Assist with lesson planning, delivery, and assessment- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents- Support students with personal care needs, where required- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environmentRequirements:- Experience working with students with complex needs- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)If you are a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting students with complex needs, please submit your application, including your CV.‍
