This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing training provider that values quality, impact, and employer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployer Engagement & Relationship BuildingIdentify, engage, and secure partnerships with employers in Liverpool to support learner progression.Promote pre-employment training solutions through networking, outreach, and employer meetings.Develop strong relationships with decision-makers, aligning training provision with hiring needs.Secure employer commitments to interview learners for job opportunities.Relationship Management & Employer SupportServe as the primary point of contact for employer partners in Liverpool.Manage expectations, relationships, and engagement strategies to maximise opportunities.Negotiate and finalise partnership agreements that create employment pathways.Performance & Market AwarenessWork towards and exceed employer engagement targets.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, funding opportunities, and employer needs.Keep detailed records of employer interactions and outcomes.Contribute to strategic growth and employer engagement planning.Additional ResponsibilitiesRepresent the organisation at industry events, networking sessions, and exhibitions.Participate in team meetings to share best practices and drive improvement.Uphold safeguarding, equality & diversity, and compliance standards.About YouEssentialExperience in B2B sales, employer engagement, or recruitment within FE, skills, or employment services.A track record of winning new business and exceeding targets.Strong networking, influencing, and negotiation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Ability to work independently, manage projects, and meet deadlines.Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.DesirableKnowledge of pre-employment training and adult education.Level 2 or above qualification in sales, management, or information, advice, and guidance (IAG).Experience working with DWP stakeholders and employment services.Why Join?✔ Flexible working – manage your own time✔ Work with a high-performing provider that values impact and quality✔ Opportunity to make a difference by connecting learners with real job opportunities
