Job Title: Locum Practice Manager Location: Bristol Job Type: Temporary/Locum About the Role: Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Practice Manager for a temporary position of up to 8 weeks, prior to the new Practice Manager starting. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dental practice in Bristol. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the dental practice, including scheduling, staffing, and patient flow.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and health and safety standards.Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and payroll.Provide leadership and support to the dental team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Handle patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer service.Implement and monitor practice policies and procedures.Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers. Requirements: Previous experience as a Practice Manager in a dental or healthcare setting.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Knowledge of dental practice management software and systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
