As a Centre Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering an unforgettable experience to our clients.Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Development Operational Excellence Client Relationship Management Financial Oversight Facilities Management Who We Are Looking For: Detail-Oriented Leadership by Example Customer Centric Adaptable and Resilient Self-Driven What You Will Bring: Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high standards. Operational Expertise: Strong background in process improvement and compliance. Client-Focused Approach: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Experience: 5+ years in a client-facing or hospitality role. Serviced office experience isn’t required!
