With principles that go beyond optics, Feedonomics looks to deliver the same people-first strategy internally as we do externally.The Sales Team at FeedonomicsThe Feedonomics Sales Team is the conduit of every dollar of revenue and nearly every client. We are 100% remote around all U.S. time zones, and 3 countries and we sell 3 different product lines to new and existing clients. In this journey, we ally with Sales Engineering, SalesOps, Global Operations, Marketing, Product, and Accounting to ensure we are putting our best effort with every client we take on. Our industry thrives on our products and service because they are unparalleled, which makes it a joy to sell.The RoleThe Strategic Account Director is responsible for achieving sales revenue targets while exemplifying the Feedonomics Core Values. They will focus on acquiring new business and expanding existing relationships with the largest Feedonomics accounts by selling our full suite of products: Advertising, Marketplace, B2B, and Custom Solutions. This position is one of four Strategic Account Directors that own the fastest growing Enterprise region for Feedonomics, the global leader in data and feed management. Feedonomics works with 30% of the top 1,000 online retailers and brands, such as Dell, Puma, L’Oreal, etc. We partner with some of the most prominent agencies globally, including WPP. The ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for full sales cycle management across net new revenue acquisition through new logo acquisition (hunting) in close collaboration with internal teams and partner organizations You will manage pipeline generation efforts with significant support from marketing, partnerships, sales development, and biz dev resources You will manage a pipeline of enterprise-level prospects, strategically coordinating different touchpoints to maximize the probability of deal closureYou will manage a book of business comprised of brands, retailers, and performance marketing agencies, meeting with them on a cyclical basis to uncover and close new business opportunitiesYou will represent Feedonomics’ unique selling proposition and speak lucidly about what differentiates us from competitorsYour goal is to engage these customers through a consultative approach in offering a solution that is best suited for their online Ecommerce businessYou are expected to meet quota consistently, regularly working with six figure annual contracts You will participate in ad hoc projects to focus on specific lead or client subsetsYou will need to collaborate with various departments to improve sales performance and to ensure that services promised during the sales process are appropriately fulfilledThe Requirements5+ years in SaaS Enterprise SaleseCommerce or adtech industry experience strongly preferredExperience working remotely Experience with the Performance Marketing, particularly at in a large agency setting (ie, WPP, Denstu, Publicis, etc) is a big plusStrong Project Management Skills; Deep Experience Selling into Multi-Stakeholder Matrixed OrganizationsAbility to plan and manage a busy scheduleTravel Required up to 30%Familiarity with MEDDIC, MEDDPIC, Challenger or another Professional Selling Structure Excellent listening and communication skills, a high aptitude for understanding how business and software systems overlap, and a fearless approach to learningExperience carrying a quota and managing a pipeline of enterprise level opportunitiesAbility to understand a technical SaaS productStrong consultative problem-solving approach to salesNeed to help prospect architect a solution that solves their problemsAbility to develop and present account growth strategy to managementComfortable traveling to tradeshows and client meetings as neededComfortable bringing in partners from across our industry to help close a client with complex needs we can’t directly solve In addition to the above, a strong understanding of the performance marketing, martech, and/or foreign language skills will be heavily weighted for this role.EducationBachelor’s degree What's in it for you?Remote work set-upCompetitive payGenerous paid time off including vacation days and sick leavePrivate Medical Insurance with an option to extend coverage to partner and childrenHealth Assured EAP that provides a complete support network covering a wide range of issues such as life support, legal information, bereavement support, medical information, and cognitive behavioral therapy onlineEmployer-Sponsored PensionFeedoFUNds, a dedicated budget to foster and build relationships across the company on in-person or virtual team eventsEmployee Resource Groups (ERG)Feedonomics CertificationReferral bonus program Here at Feedonomics, we believe in giving back to our employees as well as the community by engaging in philanthropic events and providing days off to volunteer.
