Drama Teacher – Year 11 Mocks Preparation (Full-Time) Location: Greater London, E17 Start Date: ASAPWe are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and experienced Drama Teacher to join our vibrant and forward-thinking school in Greater London (E17). This exciting role is focused on helping Year 11 students prepare for their Mock exams, with the ideal candidate being a qualified teacher who can inspire and engage students in their final stages of GCSE preparation.About the School Over the past 3 years, the school has undergone a significant transformation with a major building programme. This has provided us with many new and refurbished facilities, including modern classrooms, two new Learning Resource Centres, and a brand-new sports hall, offering a state-of-the-art environment for both staff and students.Ofsted (March 2023) Feedback: "Staff have high expectations of pupils' work and behaviour. Leaders have clear aspirations for pupils to succeed."Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and rigorous Drama lessons to Year 11 students.Support students in their preparation for their Mock exams, focusing on enhancing exam technique, performance skills, and critical analysis.Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.Collaborate with other staff to provide the best possible academic support for students.Monitor and assess student progress to ensure they meet or exceed expectations. Qualifications & Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Experience teaching Drama at KS4 level (GCSE).Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students.A passion for education and student success.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
