The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about promoting health, fitness, and teamwork among students, and will be able to deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons that inspire and motivate students.Develop and implement a varied and balanced PE curriculum.Encourage and promote physical activity and a healthy lifestyle.Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.Organize and lead extracurricular sports activities, clubs, and school teams.Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students.Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experienceQualifications and Experience:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.A degree in Physical Education or a related field.Experience teaching PE at the secondary school level is desirable.Strong knowledge of the PE curriculum and current best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.What We Offer:A supportive and inclusive working environment.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.Access to state-of-the-art sports facilities.A commitment to staff well-being and work-life balance.
