My client is looking for a MEP Consultant/design manager.Location: London or High WycombeSalary:30k - £80k dependant on experienceJob Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced MEP consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using CAD, AutoCAD, and Revit software.You will play a pivotal role in delivering high quality designs for a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.Key Responsibilities:• Design and develop detailed MEP layouts and systems using AutoCAD and Revit.• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to create coordinated designs.• Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and specifications in line with project requirements.• Conduct system calculations and ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.• Support project delivery by providing accurate documentation and resolving design issues. Requirements:• Proven experience as an MEP Designer with expertise in AutoCAD and Revit.• Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration into building designs.• Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.Email
