You will provide essential administrative support to the Employee Relations Manager and the wider management team, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the HR function.? Provide generalist HR administrative support to the Employee Relations Manager and the wider HR team, contributing to the effective day-to-day running of the HR function.? Assist in providing a high-quality HR service to staff, ensuring all advice and support is delivered in line with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.? Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records within the HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
