We are currently seeking a dedicated Housing Officer (Level 1) to join a team based in West London. Salary:
PAYE: £19.11 per hour
Umbrella Rate: £25.12 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Managing housing applications and tenancy agreements
Conducting property inspections and addressing tenancy issues
Offering support and advice to tenants on housing-related matters
Support teams in the region with housing related matters (including but not limited to tenancies renewals, income collection, repairs, annual visits)
Requirements:
Previous experience in housing or property management
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
