SEN Secondary Teacher Location: England, Greater London, Wandsworth CommonJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary: £150 - £210 Per dayJob Description Job Duties: Deliver engaging lessons to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a secondary school settingAssess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their learning goalsCollaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to create a supportive learning environmentImplement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students with SENManage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Experience working with students with SEN in a secondary school settingKnowledge of SEN strategies and best practises in education Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related fieldExperience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary schoolKnowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of SEN support strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of studentsEffective classroom management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational NeedsExperience with assistive technology for students with SEN Working Conditions: This role involves working full-time hours in a secondary school in Wandsworth Common, Greater London. The teacher will be required to work closely with students with SEN, their families, and other school staff to support the students' learning and development.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
