A growing fund administration business is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to work on their Corporate Services (Governance) team based in Jersey.Reporting to the Senior Client Relationship Manager / Associate Director, the successful applicant will assist in the day-to-day provision of company secretarial services to corporate and fund structures.Extensive company secretarial experience alongside a relevant professional qualification (such as ICSA Diploma or equivalent) is essential. Proficient in minute writing with technical financial services knowledge alongside strong exposure to company and partnership laws. You will have evidence of full responsibility for a client relationship or a significant part of a major client relationship as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills.
