Following a period of growth the firm are seeking to recruit a Financial Controller to report to their Finance Director and take responsibility for managing the firm's financial activities, including reporting, budgeting and performance review. As the successful candidate you will: manage a team of three junior finance staff be involved with cashflow forecasting annual budgeting and lock-up management be responsible for the preparation of management accounts and monthly reconciliations have responsibility for the preparation of VAT and other compliance returns, and reviewing payroll get involved in ad-hoc projects and systems improvement Our client is seeking applications from candidates with: CIMA / ACCA or ACA qualified with at least three years' post qual experience Experience of managing an internal finance department of an Accountancy or Legal firm Advanced knowledge of Excel In return the firm offer: Flexible working with core hours from 10am to 4pm Discretionary bonus scheme Private Medical and Dental insurance Enhanced Parental Leave packages 26 days holiday plus bank holidays If you are seeking Financial Controller jobs in London contact Austin Rose, the Professional Services Recruitment Specialists.
