As one of our Leads, you will be working closely with the Leadership team as well as stakeholders across the business. You will have the ability to successfully lead, mentor and inspire teams to deliver, with a strategic and operational mindset, whilst ensuring our imagery remains industry leading in its creative standards. What you’ll be doing…Reporting directly into the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of overseeing the day-to-day running of the Wardrobe Management Team.Be an aspirational leader and line manager to a team or Wardrobe Co-ordinators.Encouraging team growth and development through objectives and training, ensuring the team are striving to support in the delivery of the department strategy.Constantly assess and plan for succession within your team.Manage and maintain the output of BTL to ensure the customer is able to shop the inspirational looks created in Studio.Drive BTL in all opportunities to support the business in revenue by offering the customer shoppable inspiration.Ensure BTL’s success by setting, monitoring and maintaining Styling Wardrobe KPIs in both stock and utilisation - whilst maintaining the highest quality, industry leading shoots.Build relationships with Retail teams to strengthen the wardrobe and output of Looks through a strong supply of styling samples.Ensure strong working relationships between the Wardrobe Management team and Styling team.Working with the Styling Leads and Seniors to develop and implement strategic wardrobe evolution in line with current trends and fashion relevancy.Continually push tech developments of ACT and the Digital Wardrobe to maximise efficiencies.Leading and contributing to team and departmental meetings. Be recognised as an aspirational figure within your team and the wider department. Working with PX and internal resourcers to select, interview and onboard new full-timers. Simultaneously maintaining a high-quality freelance pool to augment the team when volume requires.Encouraging the team to be authentic, brave and creative and to follow all company and departmental strategies. Responsible for developing and implementing your leadership style and communication in line with ASOS Behaviours policy.Forming strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Championing all aspects of ASOS Studios in every interaction.Designing and implementing automated workflow solutions to streamline departmental practices and processes.Delivering projects to support the department strategy and any other adhoc tasks and projects defined by the Studio Manager.
