My client, a top tier investment bank, is looking to hire a Director to join their Corporate Secretariat. The role will involve acting as Company Secretary to regulated entities, including liaison with senior executives, assisting with board succession as well as maintaining corporate governance requirements and assisting on project work. The role will also include line management responsibilities and offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing team.
