Destination Specialist £20.51/hourAs a Destination Specialist, you will work closely with Destination Managers to expand assigned territories by enhancing destination performance and uncovering opportunities in both existing and new accounts. Your role will involve supporting competitive positioning in specified regions, ensuring top-tier product offerings and operational excellence are upheld.Details of the job: Temporary position with strong potential for extension or permanent placement Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days onsite and 3 days remote Hourly pay rate of £20.51 Responsibilities: Support Destination Managers in growing current and new accounts Ensure top-tier product quality through regular checks and improvements Monitor destination performance with operations and stakeholders Review key products regularly to maintain availability and competitiveness Use data insights to enhance product quality and customer appeal Build strong relationships as a brand ambassador Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in B2B account or territory management Background or interest in the travel industry or travel technology (e.g., reservation systems) Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (particularly Google Sheets) and familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages (especially German, French, Italian, or Spanish) is a plus There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
