About the Role: Location: Hackney Pay: £95 - £105 per day Start Date: January Interview Date: ASAP As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students' learning and development, ensuring they feel confident, motivated, and valued. Your role will involve providing one-on-one and group support, preparing resources, and contributing to a positive classroom atmosphere. We are seeking a motivated and caring individual with: Experience working with children in a primary school setting. Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a love of learning. The ability to support students with diverse needs, promoting inclusion and well-being. A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic school environment. Key Responsibilities: Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across various subjects. Providing tailored support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining a supportive classroom environment. Organising and preparing learning materials to meet students' individual needs. Collaborating with staff to ensure all students have the best opportunities for success.
