Key Responsibilities: Campaign Delivery: Oversee execution of influencer campaigns, pre-empting problems and providing updates Supply Chain & Procurement: Manage component purchasing, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations Product Engineering & Quality: Create, validate BOMs and implement quality assurance across assembly processes Logistics & Distribution: Oversee inbound and outbound product flows, carrier partnerships, and dispatch Operational Systems & Documentation: Maintain databases, production logs, and asset management systems Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement: Mentor staff, optimize workflows, and drive strategic organisational development Candidate Requirements: Success in managing large-scale, complex projects, reacting positively to changing plans and priorities Experience within the beauty or personal care industry Able to guide and align cross-functional teams toward a unified goal Confident communicating complex ideas and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels Apply now to become a key player in a global beauty success story.
