As a customer-obsessed, renegade thinker, you will play a pivotal role in developing marketplace sales and managing retail accounts across the UK. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strategic partnerships across departments, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Plan and execute account strategies, identify new opportunities, and develop clear implementation plans. Drive sales forecasts, analyse pricing strategies, and manage P&L to exceed targets. Lead partner strategy meetings, establish budgets, and negotiate agreements to maximize profit margins. Work with operations teams to ensure optimal order fulfilment and maintain effective partner communications. Create and execute marketing initiatives including promotions and GWPs to build awareness. Monitor industry trends, consumer needs, and adapt strategies across beauty & health sectors. Manage marketing assets and visual merchandising materials while maintaining brand consistency across retail partners. Candidate Requirements: Highly strategic and commercial, comfortable pitching to board level. Demonstrable success in account management within personal care, including experience with high street chemists, retailers, or beauty websites. Strong analytical capabilities and understanding of KPI reporting. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Creative with the ability to brief in VM and marketing projects.
