This unmissable IP Records Assistant offering would suit those with experience working in a professional services environment who are ready to take the next step in their career. IP experience is not essential and full training and support within a nurturing team will be offered in this rare instance. A pivotal role, you'll assist to ensure the smooth running of the department and their records database. Responsibilities include scanning post into the records system, filing post into their document management system, downloading EPO and IPO post and docketing deadlines and converting and categorising Records emails for processing. In order to thrive here, it's essential that you are a self-motivated and pragmatic team player with an interest in data management and intellectual property generally.
