Due to growth, our client, a top City firm, is looking to recruit a commercial real estate associate, ideally with at least 2 years' post-qualification (UK qualified) experience, into its leading London commercial real estate practice. This role will involve working with all the partners in the commercial real estate group on a broad range of high quality, often high profile, commercial property transactions, including traditional investment and development and commercial Landlord & Tenant work. Associates are able to maintain a generalist practice and are not siloed into separate sub-teams in contrast to larger, competitor teams, and there is relatively little transactional support as the firm has a strong standalone real estate practice. Associates are given as much responsibility as they can handle, with plenty of training and senior support, and work loads are carefully monitored to ensure fair division of work and that new joiners are given the breadth of work they may have lacked at their previous firm.
