Stanton House is working with a Financial Services business looking for a Solutions Architect to join a fast-growing Finance Transformation Team.
Role: Solutions Architect
Focus: Workday Accounting Centre and Workday Financials, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving within the accounting domain.
Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 + Bonus and Benefits
Location: Hybrid Working, Central London - 3 Days Office Based, 2 Days Remote
Key Responsibilities
Drive finance transformation and process improvements.
Design operating models and manage system upgrades.
Collaborate across the accounting area to address challenges and implement solutions.
Support the launch of new products and create complex balance sheets.
Required Skills
Experience with SQL and big data.
Familiarity with ERP systems
Previous work with finance ERPs.
Background in accounting (preferably qualified or significant experience working in an accounting team).
Understanding of finance team needs and operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Transitioned from a BAU finance role to solutions architecture with a strong finance background.
Experience in creating complicated balance sheets and launching new financial products.
Willingness to learn and adapt, especially regarding Workday Accounting Centre.
