Working with Leadership You will lead the department working alongside the other dynamic employment and corporate partners. You will be at the forefront of driving the department's success, whilst also mentoring and developing more junior members of the team. You will work as part of a vibrant and diverse team. You will also work with the partners to further develop client and referrer relationships, as well as participate in business development to build new client relationships. You will be fully supported by the firm's excellent marketing function. Great Quality Work You will deal with a broad palette across several industry sectors. The size and breadth of the work will make for an interesting role. The caseload will deal with both claimant and respondent work, that includes, but not be limited to; contentious and non-contentious work, Settlement agreements, dismissals, restrictive covenants, senior executive, discrimination, disciplinary, restructuring, TUPE and corporate support. Pathway to Progression This role comes with good prospects for the future in line with the firms growth and vision.
