Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced SIMS Administrator to join a supportive team at a vibrant Secondary School in Ealing. This is a full-time, long-term role starting in January 2025 and lasting for approximately one term. Role Overview: The successful candidate for the role of a SIMS Administrator you will play a vital role in supporting the school's administration team by managing day-to-day administrative tasks and working exclusively with the SIMS package. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring all staff and student information is accurately maintained on SIMS Following up with staff on missing registers and data entries Providing exceptional customer service to pupils, parents, and staff Covering reception duties during absences and lunch breaks as required Who We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will have: Strong experience using the SIMS package (mandatory) Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in IT, numeracy, and literacy Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, students, and parents A proactive, independent, and team-oriented approach to work Essential Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must: Hold a high-level degree Be available full-time Have prior experience using SIMS Possess an Enhanced DBS Disclosure and, if applicable, Overseas Police Clearances Provide professional references and a CV covering the last 10 years of employment history (where possible) Have the legal right to work in the UK Why Join Tradewind Recruitment?
