You will be reporting into the Group Financial Controller and managing a team of Group Financial Accountants. The Group Finance team is responsible for the consolidation, analysis and presentation of Group financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and full-year basis.SCOPE OF THE ROLELead the Group Reporting Team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting of the consolidated resultsMonthly review of the Group consolidation, including review of journals and analytical reviewPrepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS on a quarterly, interim and full year basisManage the interim and year-end audit process, liaising with external auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient auditWork with the Investor Relations team to prepare and review the Group Annual ReportCoordinate and review ad-hoc analysis for the Management Board, Group CFO and Audit CommitteeReview of quarterly reporting and presentations for investors, the stock exchange and other ad-hoc regulatory reporting requirements Review of quarterly IFRS 2 share based payment financial reporting journals Provide technical accounting guidance to senior management and other finance teamsContinuously review and improve internal controls and processes to minimize risk and maximize efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecastingStay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and best practicesMentor and develop a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support as required WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE TEAMACA qualified accountantExperience working on multi-currency consolidated financial statements and auditsExcellent IFRS knowledgeStrong audit background, ideally with Big4 experience Strong and proven attention to detail, proactive approach and a strong technical focus Excellent communication, both written and verbal, to cut through complex issuesGreat Excel skills with experience in Finance/Accounting systems (SAP, Hyperion/HFM, Onestream or Group ERP knowledge a plus, but not essential)Flexible attitude and ability to cope well with the demands of an ever evolving companyA friendly and outgoing team player who demonstrates a desire to learn and willingness to support the goals of the wider organisationWHAT WE OFFER YOUThe unique opportunity to have a serious impact on a well-established player in the fashion ecommerce industry across LATAM, SEA and ANZValuable experience as the business navigates a dynamic and evolving market landscapeWork closely with a diverse and talented global team across 11 countries Apply today and join GFG in this exciting role shaping the face of fashion e-commerce!
