This leading US firm is seeking an associate with general Banking & Finance experience for its London office. The role will involve representing lenders and borrowers on a broad range of finance matters, including direct lending transactions, leveraged finance transactions, special situations debt financings, restructurings, and crossover credit financings. Applicants must be England & Wales qualified to be considered for this role. The successful candidate will have around 2 years of post-qualification experience gained at a ranked Banking & Finance practice in London. Outstanding academics from a well-known university and a stable career record are preferred.
