An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Debt Capital Markets lawyer to join a leading global law firm based in London.The role involves advising sponsors, issuers, funders, and financial advisers on funding infrastructure assets through the debt capital markets, with a particular focus on multi-debt financing platforms and institutional privately placed debt.The successful candidate will have prior experience in debt capital markets, ideally within the infrastructure sector, gained at a leading international law firm.
