They deal with household names and HNW/UHNW individuals. The work they deal with is often high-end and complex. The ideal candidate: Minimum of 8 years' PQE Experience of dealing with good quality contentious and non-contentious work Experience in dealing with HR advisory, Tribunal, employment documentation drafting, employee relations and transaction/outsourcing work History of developing and maintaining client relationships Willing to invest in more junior members of the team to help them progress and develop their skillsets Benefits: Market leading salaries, tailored to each individual.
