This stellar U.S law firm with an excellent reputation in the funds space is keen to hire a junior to mid-level fund finance lawyer to join its compact, yet punchy London fund finance team. The team have acted for lenders, borrowers and financial institutions on complex and high value fund financings.
Candidates should come from an established fund finance team in the UK or Ireland, and have a real passion for this area of finance. A strong academic profile is essential, as well as first rate client facing skills, as due to the small team size, plenty of client face time will be expected.
