Job Title: Commercial Wet WorkerLocation: South East LondonSalary: £34,000-£36,000 Basic (OTE £60,000+) w/ Van and Fuel CardJob Type: Permanent Daniel Owen are currently working with a successful Heating company who are seeking a Commercial Wet Worker to work in South East London. OTE is expected to be £60,000+ as it is paid on a basic salary plus Schedule of Rates. Commercial Wet Worker Responsibilities: Analyse faults/issues and identify appropriate tools and materials for repair Adhere to the highest H&S standards at all time, complying with company H&S procedures Write reports documenting any faults and a summary of actions taken Perform inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts Isolate and cap radiators/valves when found to be leaking Replace/install radiators and ancillary pipework where required Replace/install 2 and 3 port control valves and immersions, wiring the controls accordingly Replace/install cylinders, thermal stores, tanks and ancillary equipment Upgrade/repair heating and hot water services Replace/repair pipework, tap stats, isolation valves and mechanical plant where required Always deliver the highest level of customer care, exceeding service delivery expectations and delivering 'The Perfect Repair' Complete and maintain site logs (written and electronic) Emergency call out based on rota system Commercial Wet Worker Requirements: Level 2 NVQ Plumbing Full UK driving licence Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills Good listening skills and strong verbal communication skills Effective time management skills Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Mechanical and Technical Skills Commercial Wet Worker Benefits: Company Van and Fuel Card 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme Schedule of Rates on top of basic salary Training & Development paid by the company If this role is of interest to you, please apply.
