Private Property Associate NQ-1 PQE We are instructed by an international law firm that is seeking to recruit an Associate to join their highly regarded Private Property team in London. The team advises a range of clients, including high net worth individuals, landed estate owners, residential developers, and commercial investors building up residential real estate portfolios. The team advises both domestic and international clients on buying and selling residential real estate, residential development sites in the UK, as well as managing acquisitions in foreign jurisdictions. In addition to the sale and purchase of residential property the team advises on a range of landed estates, including country houses and grouse moors. The successful candidate will join a high profile team and will cover a mixed caseload involving all aspects of residential and landed estates work. Applications are sought from Associates admitted in England & Wales (NQ - 1 PQE) with a good understanding of land and agricultural estates.
