My client, a growing financial services business, is looking to hire a paralegal to join their team in London. Responsibilities will include: - helping with company secretarial tasks such as attending board meetings and taking minutes, collating board packs, submitting filings to Companies House - drafting and negotiating commercial contracts - carrying out compliance checks The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar role within financial services.
