Job DescriptionWe’re recruiting for a Senior Operational Risk Manager to join us on a 12 month FTC. We’re offering a competitive base salary, 12% car allowance and good benefits packageWhat you'll be doing:Partnering with Investments teams to identify, report, and manage operational risks in line with our Operational Risk FrameworkEnsuring risk events are identified, escalated, and resolved according to Asset Management division policiesConducting operational risk reviews and defining mitigating actions for adverse findingsBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders across Investments and the Asset Management divisionManaging team members to meet the objectives of the operational risk teamProviding operational risk opinions and inputs at key meetings, committees, and boardsOverseeing the delivery of clear and consistent risk management informationRepresenting Operational Risk in project meetings and steering committees
