Job Title: KS2 SEN Outreach Tutor Location: England, Greater London, TottenhamJob Type: Temporary, Part-TimePrimary Industry: Education and TrainingSalary: £20 - £30 Per hourJob Duties: The KS2 SEN Outreach Tutor will be responsible for providing targeted support and assistance to Key Stage 2 students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Duties include implementing individualised education plans, delivering tailored lessons to meet specific learning needs, monitoring progress, and collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure a holistic approach to education.Required Qualifications: - Recognised teaching qualification- Experience working with SEN students- Knowledge of the UK educational system- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Education or related fieldExperience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring SEN studentsKnowledge and Skills: - Understanding of SEN strategies and interventions- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles- Strong problem-solving skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suitePreferred Qualifications: - Specialisation in SEN education- Additional training in specific learning difficulties- Experience in conducting assessments and creating educational resourcesWorking Conditions: The role of KS2 SEN Outreach Tutor is part-time and temporary, requiring flexibility in working hours. The position may involve travel to different locations within Greater London to deliver outreach support.
