Implement appropriate teaching strategies to engage and inspire students.Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behaviour and positive relationships.Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school activities as required.
