HybridCompetitive SalaryGreat Benefits and Excellent TrainingWe have a superb opportunity for an intelligent, driven, candidate to join Impact as a Trainee Candidate Resourcer/Recruiter.We will provide first class training to ensure you will soon support the Talent Partners on high profile briefs, interviewing candidates and eventually working your way to be a Resourcer and then Talent Partner.Impact is a leading media and creative recruitment specialist and we work with some of the world’s leading entertainment, fashion, creative and tech brands. We also provide extensive training and monitor ongoing development; our environment is designed to get the best out of our staff and creates an atmosphere that works well with our enviable client base.Responsibilities will include:• Writing detailed job briefs• Sourcing and interviewing candidates• Candidate management & care• Carry out research and support with presentations• General administration• Database management• Responding to payroll & timesheet queries• Support the finance team with chasing timesheets etc.• Assist with social media (LinkedIn, Insta, FB posts)• Involvement in events, our ongoing charity & community commitmentsTo apply for the role you will be confident and energetic go-getter with strong communication skills. You should also possess good sales acumen and research skills alongside a mature attitude and a drive to be a high achiever.We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate strong achievements to date, have 1 year + office experience, strong education results and a real interest in the media and creative industries.
