You’ll help to shape and implement the overarching Dorchester Collection brand tone of voice, whilst bringing the hotels’ individual personalities to life. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll produce creative copy to brief across print and digital, supporting the global hotel marketing teams.Act as a ‘guardian’ of the style guide, making sure that all copy and content is on brand and conveys the Dorchester Collection tone of voiceExhibit exceptional editing and proofreading skills to ensure typo-free, sparkling copy that brings Dorchester Collection to lifeProduce engaging, guest-centric and SEO-optimised copy for the website, including webpages, blog posts, gift shop product descriptions and the booking engineCreate copy for digital campaigns, including PPC, display and paid social ads Offer feedback and edits on hotel collateral, including menus, signage, and in-room itemsWork closely with designers to produce collateral such as brochures, flyers, invitations and print advertisingCollaborate with the sales team to produce B2B content for travel agent events, tradeshows and sales materialsBuild strong working relationships with international employees across the business, including hotel marketing teams in the UK, Europe, Middle East and the USAOffer general copywriting support on ad hoc projects as they arise What you'll bring You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.Extensive copywriting experience, ideally across luxury brands/luxury hotel marketCommunication is what keeps our departments running perfectly.
