The RoleAs a National Course Advisor, you will: Build meaningful relationships with prospective students and their families, guiding them from initial inquiry to enrolment.Proactively engage leads through phone, video calls, and email, delivering exceptional service tailored to each individual's needs.Maintain consistent follow-up and “keep warm” strategies to ensure strong conversion rates and minimal attrition.Collaborate with recruitment and admissions teams to provide seamless application and enrolment experiences.Organise and participate in campus tours, recruitment events, and virtual engagement activities.Work with both SAE UK and ICMP teams to exceed enrolment targets while upholding our high standards of service. What We’re Looking ForWe are seeking candidates with the following skills and attributes:EssentialProven success in a target-driven sales or recruitment role.Comfortable handling high call volumes while maintaining quality interactions.Strong communication and presentation skills, adaptable to different audiences.Familiarity with the Higher Education sector and recruitment cycles.Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.Flexible, team-oriented, and able to work evenings, and weekends, and travel within the UK.DesirableA degree in marketing or a recruitment qualification.Understanding of the UK secondary and tertiary education system.A passion for creative media or music production.A full driving license.
