The role This L500 ranked West End firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Partner. You will join a department that has an excellent reputation for high quality commercial property work. This role is to replace a Partner who has decided to not return following maternity leave. You will work alongside the other Partners to drive the department. You will oversee the work of juniors and will play an active role in training, mentoring and career development. You will run a broad commercial property caseload, for companies that range across a number of different industry sectors. The scope and variety of work will make for an interesting caseload. The caseload will include but not be limited to; acquisitions and disposals, investment, property aspects of corporate commercial deals, landlord and tenant. The department receives a large proportion of their work from referrals which well demonstrates their commitment to delivering a great service. The team has a friendly, supportive and professional working environment. You should be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE + Salary is competitive and negotiable and depend on your background and level of experience, you will also receive a good benefits package.
