About the Role: As a Senior Contentious Wills & Trusts Solicitor, you will be a key player in handling complex disputes involving wills, estates, and trusts. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a varied caseload of contentious wills, probate, and trusts. Represent clients in high-value disputes, including mediation and litigation.
