Be bold and generous in all you do.Its likely you will have relevant experience, including substantial experience of design research experience and participating in all aspects of design research and user testing (planning, executing, analysis, synthesis, deliverable creation).Whilst you’ll will be employed by TMWX part of TMW Unlimited (an affiliate of Accenture Song), you’ll be working day-to-day as part of Accenture Song's DDP (Design & Digital Products) team. RequirementsRequirements:Personal· Understand and support Design Research as a discipline and a practice.· Support and help lead design research activities including research planning, fieldwork execution, analysis, synthesis, research storytelling and deliverables.· Facilitate communication across disciplines at the project and the account level to create alignment and efficiencies.Craft· Conduct research planning, execution and analysis.· Define research and test plans based on relevant research and business objectives utilising suitable methods and techniques.· Deliver qualitative research spanning ethnographic research, concept and usability testing.· Lead user testing/usability testing throughout the design process.· Be responsible for all aspects of PI data management. Ensure data is managed in line with Accenture policies, GDPR and other country-specific legal requirements. Project· Lead design research deliverables at a project level.· Lead design research plans on projects.· Actively collaborate with teammates on research activities.· Comfortable with hybrid working. Every project is different, but we love our team to be in the studio and in our client’s office to work collaboratively. Client· We work with a wide variety of clients, across different industries and sectors, however we’re currently looking for researchers to work specifically on several health and government projects.· Participate in stakeholder interviews and other design research client engagement activities, including usability testing; align with design research objectives.· Create quality client deliverables and outcomes.· Support new business development efforts by providing expert information in pitch efforts and client meetings. Community· Support and help lead design research activities at a project level.· Attend and help plan studio and community events, workshops, and conferences as an Accenture Song ambassador. Skillset· History of tackling and solving complex design research challenges.· Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and partners.· Strong leadership skills, problem resolution abilities, and good judgment.· Experience conceptualizing and managing design research from start to finish.· Proven history of delivering results on time and within budget.· Comfort with ambiguity yet unstoppable drive to create order out of chaos.· Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.· Working knowledge of all aspects of design research: recruiting processes; scheduling and logistics; protocol development; interviewing and moderating; analysis and framework development; video compilations; research deliverables.· Understanding of Service Design and Product Design· Proven collaborative and teamwork skills.A number of our clients require background checks. You will need to complete a Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS) to confirm your identity, criminal record, right to work and residency.
