If you are passionate about fashion and customer service and have a proven track record in retail leadership, we invite you to be a part of our growing success.The Supervisor role: Increase the sales of their floor Take part in training programs to enhance product competency, customer service, CRM, VM, sales technique, stock management, and provide feedback on their effectiveness to the manager Participate in the daily morning brief, sharing sales experiences and achievements Provide training to new hires, introducing them to Brand philosophy and collection Observe and apply Company policies and procedures Assists in the daily operations of the store Requirements The ability to inspire, motivate and mentor a team. Excellent communication and ‘people’ skills. Planning and organisational skills, allowing deadlines to be achieved. Sales were driven, and love being on the sales floor Enjoys building client relations and understands the importance of CRM management Decision-making ability and sense of responsibility.
