Plasterer needed in North LondonThe rate is £18.42ph PAYEThis is a temporary roleThe reference number is: RQ1417494The successful candidate will support the delivery of quality repairs to ensure decent and suitable housing working as part of a team carrying out Plastering works associated, but not limited, to maintenance works to all types of managed properties and social spaces, as scheduled or directed by supervisor.They will carry out Plastering works and relevant trade duties as instructed by the Supervisor on Responsive, Planned, Empty Homes, High Value Repairs or Capital Repairs to an excellent standard upon completion.Due to high volumes of CVs received, we are not able to respond to all unsuccessful applications.
