Your primary responsibility will be to provide tailored, one-on-one support to pupils with diverse additional learning needs. You'll play a crucial role in helping these students fully engage with and benefit from mainstream lessons. For certain pupils, your duties may extend to delivering specialized interventions outside the regular classroom setting when deemed necessary for their educational progress.A significant aspect of your role will involve nurturing pupils' self-confidence and enhancing their social interaction skills. You'll be tasked with creating a supportive environment that encourages students to take pride in their individual and collective achievements. Your guidance will be instrumental in helping pupils participate more confidently in group activities, express their ideas effectively, and develop a respectful attitude towards the opinions and perspectives of their peers.Additionally, you'll serve as a vital communication link between the students and their class teacher.
