As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide essential support to both teachers and students, contributing to a nurturing and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and enhancing student learning. Provide individualised and small group support to students requiring extra help. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere. Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a well-structured environment. Assist in organising teaching materials and classroom resources. Offer support to students with special educational needs (SEN) as needed. Participate in school events, activities, and meetings with parents as required. Requirements: Experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting. A caring, patient, and supportive approach when working with children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are a plus, though not essential. A strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
