Production Secretary - Good Morning Britain 6 Month Fixed Term Contract Office/Studio, London Hiring range: £32,000 - £33,000 For more information please email Daytimetalent@itv.com Your work matters to millions. We are looking for an experienced Production Secretary with a variety of skills and experience to work in partnership with editorial colleagues and production management to support the delivery of our daily live shows on Good Morning Britain. As our Production Secretary, you will assist with the smooth running of the production office and generally act as a key point of contact on the production. The tasks will include booking hotels and travel for talent and crew as advised by the production team, supporting the day to day running of the production administration and also assisting various teams within a live studio environment. You will also be responsible for creating call sheets and risk assessments, helping the coordinator to arrange crews for shoots, raising purchase orders and assisting with financial reporting and administration. Flexibility is essential to this role as working hours will be varied, and involve early starts and late finishes within a shift pattern. Attention to detail and experience of Word and Excel, and Google equivalents is also very important. Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria) Experience working within a production team, particularly in a live production environment Excellent communication skills, particularly with colleagues who are working to tight deadlines Ability to work proactively and reactively in high pressure situations Proven experience as a Production Secretary (preferably on live television) Experience of working in a deadline driven environment working accurately and to speed Experience working with high profile talent Other things we’re looking for (key criteria) Experience using ITVs systems is beneficial, however, training will be given ITV is for everyone.
